PRIVACY

Public sites privacy notice

This notice covers the public DAJC website at dajc.eu and the public DAJC Platform Demo at demo.dajc.eu. It does not replace the separate production-platform privacy notice required before a live DAJC Platform launch.

Site operator

DAJC.eu is founded and currently operated by Miroslav Dajč. For questions about the website or the DAJC project, contact team@dajc.eu.

Hosting and security logs

The public website is hosted on Vercel and the demo is hosted on Netlify. Like other hosting providers, they process standard request information needed to deliver and secure the sites, such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, referrer and user agent, according to their own service and data-processing terms.

Voluntary contribution processing

When you choose to make a voluntary contribution, the selected payment provider processes the information required to complete and secure that payment under its own privacy notice and terms. DAJC.eu does not ask you to send payment-card credentials or cryptocurrency-wallet secrets by email or other informal channels.

Bitcoin Lightning contributions currently use Anycoin.cz infrastructure configured for DAJC.eu. A Lightning payment may necessarily expose transaction-related information to the payment provider and the Lightning network participants required to route and settle the payment.

Privacy-friendly traffic measurement

DAJC uses privacy-oriented traffic statistics to understand whether public content is useful and how visitors move from the public website to the demo. The measurement is not used for advertising, behavioural profiling or cross-site tracking.

The first-party DAJC traffic digest records aggregated page or screen views, a browser-session start, the referring hostname, coarse country, device category and UTM campaign labels when a campaign link contains them. It also counts clicks on the Live Demo link on dajc.eu and, in the demo, how often the "Get early access" dialog is opened and its email link is clicked; what you write in an email is never recorded. Page views from search-engine crawlers are not counted, and an hourly technical check that contains no visitor data confirms that the collector is available. The collector does not read or store IP addresses in DAJC traffic aggregates, does not use tracking cookies and does not create a persistent visitor identifier.

A temporary sessionStorage flag is used only in the current browser tab to avoid counting every page as a new session. It disappears when the tab session ends. Browser Do Not Track (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals are respected by this first-party measurement.

Hosting analytics

DAJC may also use the privacy-focused analytics supplied by its hosting providers, including Vercel Web Analytics for dajc.eu and Netlify Web Analytics for demo.dajc.eu. These are kept separate from advertising platforms and are used only for operating and improving the DAJC public sites.

Demo application data

Operational data shown in the public demo is synthetic; please enter test data only. Changes you make inside the demo remain in your browser's local storage until you reset the demo, unless the demo explicitly tells you otherwise. Traffic measurement does not send transport orders, documents, chat messages or other demo workspace content to the analytics collector.

DAJC Platform Testing 2027 registration

When you register for DAJC Platform pre-production testing, DAJC processes the information you submit in the registration form, including your name, company, business email, country, role, optional organisation or fleet information and any workflow problem you choose to describe.

This information is used to administer your testing registration, communicate information needed for participation and understand which real operational problems should be validated during development. Registration does not enrol you in a separate pilot or Early Access product; the programme concerns testing of the same DAJC Platform production product while it is under active development.

Registration notifications are delivered to platform@dajc.cz. DAJC may use Resend to deliver transactional registration email and Google Workspace / Gmail to receive and manage the registration mailbox. These providers process the information needed to deliver and store those messages under their applicable data-processing terms.

DAJC does not sell testing-registration information. Registration records are retained only for the testing programme, follow-up connected with participation and a reasonable period needed for operational, security or legal record-keeping.
